Overview

What is Cal.com?

Cal.com is the open-source scheduling platform: booking pages, round-robin and team events, calendar sync with Google and Outlook, payments, workflows and reminders. Everything Calendly does — with your own branding, on your own domain, and no "powered by" footer.

Hosted scheduling bills per seat, so the moment your team grows past one, so does the invoice. Self-hosted Cal.com has no seats: add your whole team, create as many event types as you like, and the price stays the flat price of the server.

On livemy.app you skip the setup entirely: pick the Cal.com template, click deploy, and your booking page is live with SSL in about two minutes. Availability, bookings and client details stay in your own database — and a custom domain for your booking links is one setting away.

Why deploy here

Same app, no meter running

These tools are free and open source. What you normally pay for is someone else's server — and their pricing page.

Unlimited users, no seats

Calendly charges per seat every month. Self-hosted Cal.com doesn't count seats at all — your whole team schedules on one flat price.

Bookings on your own domain

book.yourcompany.com instead of a vendor's link — your branding end to end, and client details stay in your own database.

No maintenance rabbit hole

SSL, storage and redeploys are handled for you. New Cal.com release? One click and you're on it — no server to log into.

How it works

Three steps, about two minutes

01

Pick the Cal.com template

Choose it from the gallery. Nothing to download, nothing to configure — the template already knows how Cal.com should run.

02

Click deploy

livemy.app builds it and gives you a live URL with SSL. Storage is attached automatically, so your data survives every restart.

03

Make it yours

Connect a custom domain and redeploy anytime in one click — from the dashboard, or triggered over MCP by the AI tool you already use.

FAQ

Self-hosting Cal.com, answered

How much does it cost to self-host Cal.com?
Free to try — the Free plan is $0 and gives you one project on a livemy.site subdomain. Maker is $10/mo and adds a custom domain, 10 GB and a 99.5% uptime SLA; Pro is $25/mo. Daily backups are a $5/mo add-on. No per-seat or per-booking fees.
Is self-hosted Cal.com hard to maintain?
Not here. The template ships with the database and free SSL already wired up. When a new Cal.com version lands you click redeploy in the dashboard — or trigger it over MCP from your AI tool. There's no server to patch and nothing to install on your computer.
Can I use my own domain for booking links?
Yes, on Maker ($10/mo) and above — that's the plan to be on if clients see your links. Point your domain at the project and livemy.app issues the certificate. On the Free plan bookings live on a livemy.site subdomain.
Does calendar sync work on a self-hosted Cal.com?
Yes — Google Calendar, Outlook and CalDAV connect from the settings once your instance is live; you create the API credentials for your own instance, and Cal.com's docs walk through each provider. Sync runs between your server and your calendar — no scheduling vendor in the middle.
