Overview

What is NocoDB?

NocoDB turns a real database into an Airtable-style workspace: grid, gallery, kanban and form views, connected tables, roles and API access — on top of Postgres or MySQL you actually own. Point it at an existing database or start fresh; either way you get a spreadsheet your whole team can work in.

Airtable's ceiling is famous: record limits per base and per-seat billing that turns a shared tracker into a line item. Self-hosted NocoDB removes both — as many rows as your database holds, as many collaborators as you like, one flat price.

On livemy.app you pick the NocoDB template, click deploy, and your workspace is live with SSL in about two minutes. The data sits in your own database from day one — no export ceremony if you ever want to build something custom on top of it.

Why deploy here

Same app, no meter running

These tools are free and open source. What you normally pay for is someone else's server — and their pricing page.

No row limits, no seats

Airtable caps records per base and bills per collaborator. NocoDB holds as many rows as your database does, with the whole team in — one flat price.

A real database underneath

Your data lives in Postgres on your own server — query it, back it up, build apps on top. The spreadsheet UI is a view, not a cage.

No maintenance rabbit hole

SSL, storage and redeploys are handled for you. New NocoDB release? One click and you're on it — no server to log into.

How it works

Three steps, about two minutes

01

Pick the NocoDB template

Choose it from the gallery. Nothing to download, nothing to configure — the template already knows how NocoDB should run.

02

Click deploy

livemy.app builds it and gives you a live URL with SSL. Storage is attached automatically, so your data survives every restart.

03

Make it yours

Connect a custom domain and redeploy anytime in one click — from the dashboard, or triggered over MCP by the AI tool you already use.

FAQ

Self-hosting NocoDB, answered

How much does it cost to self-host NocoDB?
Free to try — the Free plan is $0 and gives you one project on a livemy.site subdomain. Maker is $10/mo and adds a custom domain, 10 GB and a 99.5% uptime SLA; Pro is $25/mo. Daily backups are a $5/mo add-on. No per-seat or per-record fees.
Is self-hosted NocoDB hard to maintain?
Not here. The template ships with the database and free SSL already wired up. When a new NocoDB version lands you click redeploy in the dashboard — or trigger it over MCP from your AI tool. There's no server to patch and nothing to install on your computer.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Maker ($10/mo) and above. Point your domain at the project and livemy.app issues the certificate for you. On the Free plan your workspace lives on a livemy.site subdomain — SSL is included either way.
Can I import my Airtable bases?
Yes — NocoDB has a built-in Airtable importer: paste a shared base link and it recreates tables, views and data in your own instance. From then on the data lives in your database, with no record caps to grow into.
